While we offer mobile notary services 24/7, our walk-ins between 12pm and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Until further notice, our office is closed due to COVID-19. Occasionally, all of our notaries are traveling meeting with clients outside our office, so you might want to check that a notary is available before coming by.
To best serve your needs, our notary publics are ready to travel to you virtually anywhere in New York State, or you can come to our office and sign your documents in our private meeting room. We offer a full range of ancillary services, such as copies, color printing, scans, fax, as well as postal and FedEx services.
As technology advances, we believe that you should have all information readily available. This is why we list the prices for most of our services on our website. Of course, prices may vary for special requests; we welcome price inquires prior to scheduling service. We do offer discounts for multiple documents that require legalization authentication or apostille.
We provide services to the greater New York area. Our service area includes: all five boroughs of New York City, the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam Rockland, Orange, and Albany. Our service area also includes John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA), as well as Long Island's Islip MacArthur Airport (ISP), White Plains Westchester County Airport (HPN), and Hudson Valley's Newburg Stewart International Airport (SWF).
Our office is easy to reach, located near to Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park. MTA MetroNorth and 4/5/6/7 and S subway from Grand Central or B/D/F/M and 7 from 42nd Street Bryant Park subway station.
