NOTE:

1.  All travel fees are subject to a surcharge during inclement weather, unusually situations, and anything that might require the notary public to make an extra effort or spend more time traveling to or from a mobile notary appointment, such as during blackouts, rush appoutments, or when public transit systems are not operating normally. 

2. $ 90 per hour applies for weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm after the initial hour. The initial period includes 30 minutes of actual work or waiting time with 30 minutes for the travel time. After a 10-minute grace period, time will be billed after the 30 minutes from the notary's arrival for your appointment in 10-minute increments.  All JFK and LGA appointments include 60 minutes of actual or waiting time.

3.Manhattan from 37th to 42nd Street between Fifth and Park Avenues are Zone A. Except for above 96th Street and Roosevelt Island are Zone B. Above 96th Street and Roosevelt Island are Zone C. Zone B rates apply for Zone A between 8 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 6 pm.

4. John F. Kennedy (JFK) and LaGuardia (LGA) airports are Zone E.  

5. Suffolk points east of the towns of Babylon or Huntington are Zone D; points east of the towns of Brookhaven and Riverhead are either zone E or F, dependent on seasonal and time of day travel conditions.

6. Up to five notarized or witness signatures (unless we provide the witness) are complimentary with the initial travel fee. At our discretion, additional notarized or witness signatures are free or will be chargeable at the statutory rate (typically, $ 2.)

The two most common kinds of for notarizations are Acknowledgments and Jurats, including affidavit, affirmation, and oaths).

*Act as an authorized representive of an employer and examine ID and complete section 2 of the I-9 form.

**NYS law does not allow a notary public to certify or authenticate documents, however some documents ask the notary to "certify", "authenticate" or verify a form of identification, a signature, or other similar items, nor preform a document certification or authentication or other notarial act as speciaified under New York law.  We can however help you make a copy declaration, we you, the document custodian, attests characteristics before the notary.  

†The act is being performed as a representive of the receiving/requesting entity by a commissioned Notary Public. The representative is not preforming a statutory notarial act under NYS law. The receiving/requesting party agrees to hold the representative harmless for any losses and to indemnify for any possible losses, however occasioned.

Should our notary be requested to respond to any deposition, court appearance, arbitration, mediation, or any other proceeding with or without being served a subpoena, our fee is $ 100 per hour, with a two hour minimum, with a travel fee of $ 1 per mile for any distance beyond 50 miles one-way distance from our office. Additionally, reimbursement for attorney fees related or our preparation or appearance at such procedings also apply. Should our fee exceed the maximum allowed by law or determination of the court, our fee is reduced to the maximum allowed amount.
